The Hunter Avenue House design responds to the narrow urban site by tucking the two-car garage underneath thereby maximizing the living space on the main level. The Owner’s desire for the simplicity of a warm and comfortable contemporary design is met through the use of natural oak, local limestone and subtle accent colors. The floor to ceiling windows provide brilliant southern light and elevated views of the surrounding tree lined lots. The interior space engages the garden with a multi-level outdoor living space with a bronze and limestone fountain as the focal point. The main level includes an entry foyer, living/dining/ kitchen area, and powder room. The second level includes two bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and master suite with private deck. The lower level has a garage, pantry, and utility/storage room and opens directly to garden storage under the terraced deck.
